The Snowden family has farmed for five generations, so understanding soils, and how to get the best out of a growing medium has become second nature.
Agronomic Services Ltd. was established by David & Jo Snowden four years ago. With twenty years experience advising, and supporting turf managers, golf design & construction groups.
Dealing with natural, and USGA spec soils, of which eight years, was spent on the management team, at one of the largest sports turf production units in the UK, specializing in the production of Golf, Stadium & Track turf.
This gives David an excellent understanding of what is required to grow and manage sports turf to any level.
David also works as the European agronomic consultant for Floratine Products Group, developing the European distribution base, through technical sales training, and field agronomic support.
Floratine Products are true pioneers, and leading manufacturers of foliar applied nutrition. Through Floratine's distribution base we work on 6000 courses world wide, with over seventeen years expertise in this field.
